To better augment your skills, learn to cook at least one thing that would be suitable to serve to Me and My friends at an afternoon tea. Think delicate and sweet. And don't just read the recipe! Memorize it and actually make it. If that means going to the groccery store or buying a special instrument, like a lemon zester, do it! Don't skimp. Below are some places to find recipes online.
