Sharpening an eyeliner pencil is actually really difficult. You can work down the whole pencil before you have a workable point again. The main problem is that the liner itself is sticky and not as firm as, say, graphite. Also, the wood tends to be soft, which only further complicates matters.

To make sharpening easier, put the pencil in the freezer overnight or at least for a few hours. Then, get your sharpener and, going really quickly so that your hands don't warm the thing up again, sharpen the pencil. When you're done, there may be bits of shaved wood in the liner, which, of course, you don't want in your eye. To get rid of them, just run the liner lightly over a tissue.

You can get a really sharp point with this method, which means tight, clean lines on your eyes!

Historically, more women have cross-dressed than men, usually to gain the social rights and freedoms of males. But, from the berdaches of the Americas to the hijras of south Asia, male cross-dressers are known in virtually every society, whether they adopt feminine garments for a limited time or an entire, feminine lifestyle indefinitely.

They’re the ones meant to give attention, not get it, and some males have the most success in experiencing the feelings they associate with femininity by becoming feminine. At least, they enjoy becoming feminine for a little while before going back to enjoying their higher incomes, lower beauty expectations, and all the other perks that come with a penis.

Relationships require so many compromises and while of course no one should ever do something that they really don’t want to do, I can’t help but feel the world would be a happier place if cross-dressers, sissies, and all the other subsets of guys who like the play the gal felt more comfortable expressing their desires to their partners. I’ve heard so many horror stories from clients about their attempts to express their desires to their partners. Tightlining is when the underside of your upper lashes are lined. Instead of looking done-up, it just makes your lashes look thicker and more youthful. Pencil eyeliner comes mainly in two different forms: roll up and just straight pencil. The roll up form is often favored by beginners because there's no need to sharpen it, but it can break off in the tube and then there's nothing to do but throw it out. To sharpen a pencil, put it in the freezer for an hour or so first to make it nice and hard, then simply sharpen it like you would any pencil, with a small, hand sharpener. When you're done, roll the pencil over a piece of tissue paper to remove any little splinters that may catch in your eyes!

Liquid eyeliner

Liquid eyeliner is good for a polished, retro look. However, it takes a very steady hand. You can use the brush that comes with the bottle, but actual eyeliner brushes often work better, as they are angled better. However, they have to be cleaned every time they are used, no expections. They can be cleaned wtih a little antibacterial soap and water in the palm of your hand or with a special brush cleaner.  To get liquid eyeliner on a brush, touch the brush to the brush that came with the eyeliner. Don't try to cram it into the bottle! When you use the brush, stroke with the bristles, not against them.

Gel eyeliner

If liquid eyeliner is too runny for you, try a gel. A lot of women--and sissies--prefer it to liquid eyeliner. You will need a brush to apply it, which will need to be cleaned after each use.  Sometimes you may need to warm up the gel a little bit by holding it in your hand for a minute or two. I had one sissy try to warm it by putting it in the microwave, which she soon found to be a very, very bad idea, and though it amused me to no end, do not repeat her very silly mistake.

When you start, your eyeliner is likely to be a little thick, but practice getting it close to your lashes and smooth before you worry about thickness. You'll be able to get a thinner, more sophisticated, more attractive look as you practice.
